Introduction to Hing Wah
Honeycomb Aluminum Plate
Hing
Wah Honeycomb Aluminum Plate is formed with hexagon aluminum honeycomb
making up of alnico with rigidity H19, as the core of interlayer
adhering to the faceplate and the soleplate to endure the pressure.
These diversionary and compressing honeycombs are like girders
to dispersive bear the pressure coming from the plates, that providing
the high level off tolarence when the plates are very large. Moreover,
hollow honeycomb also can weaken the heat dilatability of the
plates.
Hing Wah Aluminum Honeycomb Plate was officially produced after
passing the test of complex material held by CIBA and appraisal
by the authoritative science institutes in Guangdong and Shanghai.
As the new generation of the building material, the density less
than 600 kilograms per square meters, first eight of glass curtain
wall; 22mm-thick-standard plate can be loaded 700 kilograms when
length to 1 meter, flexibility to 10mm, Hing Wah Aluminum Honeycomb
Plate can be widely used for building curtain wall, roofing, large
size signboard and inner wall after its surface was treated with
high-tolerance-caustic of florin carbon resin.
Hing Wah Aluminum Honeycomb Plate’s production procedure adopted
back complex composition equipped with large span digital controlling
machines and testing instruments to ensure avoiding overlapping
processing when the products sending to the sites, that much lower
the cost
of personnel and material resources.
Hing Wah Aluminum Honeycomb Plate was appraised as convinced product
by Shanghai Building Material Industry Committee and was recommended
as environmental conservation product by Shanghai Green Building
Material Exhibition Center. Our plate gained widely consistent
affirmation and recommendation by owners and architects.
